Highlight Forge ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered sports photo editing service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. How It Works

You upload a sports photo, select an editing style, and pay through Stripe. Our AI processes your photo and delivers the result to your email within minutes. Download links expire after 48 hours.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed on the upload page at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. Due to the automated nature of AI processing, we cannot offer refunds for completed orders.
• If our system fails to deliver a result, contact us for a re-process or full refund.

4. Your Content

• You retain all rights to photos you upload.
• By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the photo (e.g., you took it, or have permission from the photographer).
• Original uploads are automatically deleted from our servers after processing.
• Processed results are available for 48 hours, then permanently deleted.

5. AI-Generated Results

• Results are generated by AI and may vary in quality.
• We do not guarantee that results will meet specific expectations.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated images before sharing or publishing them.
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected artifacts or inaccuracies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent.
• Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Highlight Forge is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
